摘要
设计并筛选出硝酸咪康唑乳膏的最佳配方,通过各种质量检查项目考察不同处方乳膏的稳定性,并采用HPLC的方法测定最佳处方中硝酸咪康唑的含量.结果表明,处方F的稳定性最好,基质对测定无干扰.说明该乳膏工艺可行,HPLC法测定操作简便,结果可靠.
This study designed and selected different prescriptions of miconazole nitrate cream. Quality tests were used to in- spect the stability of different prescriptions, HPLC was used to determine the content of miconazole nitrate of the best prescription. The result indicated that the stability of prescription F was good, the matrix had no influence on the determination. The miconazole nitrate cream can be prepared feasibly, The method of HPLC was simple and accurate.
