录像作为刑事技术的手段之一,在刑事案件侦破及现场勘查中使用以来,充分显示出了它具有客观全面性、声像共存性、模拟再现性、连续不间断性等特性,并在实际工作中发挥着重要作用。利用录像技术对发案现场进行拍摄,并作为资料保存,随时为侦察人员提供服务。
As a member of criminal technologies,video recording has applied in criminal uncovering and on-the-spot investigation.It has fully shown its characteristics such as objectiveness and comprehensiveness,co-existence of sound and picture,simulation and reappearance,continuousness and perpetuity,and plays an important role in practical work.By shooting the scenes of crime using video recording and saving them as data,they can provide service for investigator at any moment.
