城市重心转移是一个新问题,它与城市规划、房地产开发及企业布局决策等密切相关。本文就城市快速发展导致的重心转移这一新问题进行研究,具体包括重心概念的建立,重心转移的表现形式及重心转移带给城市规划的重要启示等。
The shifting of a city is a new problem, and is closely related to city planning, real estate exploitation and enterprises＇ location decision-making. The paper focuses on the new issue of the shifting of a city center which is the result of the rapid development of a city. It discusses the establishment of the concept of city center, the forms of center shifting and inspirations to city planning drawn from center shifting.
