摘要
目的:研究高血压病左心室肥厚患者血浆脑钠肽水平的变化,探讨高血压病患者肥厚的左心室心肌细胞内分泌的病理生理改变。方法:入选120例左室射血分数正常范围的高血压病患者,其中64例伴左心室肥厚,56例不伴左心室肥厚;另选50例健康者为对照组。放射免疫法测定血浆脑钠肽水平。结果:左心室肥厚组血浆脑钠肽水平明显高于不伴左心室肥厚组,不伴左心室肥厚组和对照组血浆脑钠肽水平差异无统计学意义。结论:高血压病伴有左心室肥厚的患者在心功能失代偿前,心肌细胞已出现脑钠肽的代偿性合成和分泌增加。
Objective To investigate the dynamic changes of brain natriuretic peptides in essential hypertension patients with 1eft ventricular hypertrophy.Methods One hundred and twenty consecutive essential hypertension patients were divided into LVH group(64 patients with 1eft ventricular hypertrophy)and NLVH group(56 patients without 1eft ventricular hypertrophy).The plasma 1evels of brain natriuretic peptides were measured with radio-immunoassay and immunoradiometric assay.Other 50 healthy persons with normal blood pressure served as controls.Results The plasma levels of brain natriuretic peptides were significantly elevated in LVH group compared with NLVH group(P〈0.05).The elevation of plasma brain natriuretic peptides was shown when the ejection fraction in these 1eft ventricular hypertrophy patients was in the normal range.There was no statistic difference in brain natriuretic peptides between NLVH group and normal controls(P〉0.05).Conclusion Brain natriuretic peptides are elevated before 1eft ventricular hypertrophy is progressed into cardiac dysfunction.
