摘要
国产600MW超临界机组的热工自动调节系统目前投运情况大多不理想。针对其设备特性,对其调节系统的构成、特点、难点等进行了分析;在此基础上,通过纳入合理的前馈、采取适当的简化、选择更合适的调节对象等方法,对所总结出的协调控制、采用双进双出磨直吹式制粉系统的燃烧调节、给水自动调节等三大难点问题的控制策略进行了优化设计,并在实际中成功应用,对同类机组具有借鉴意义。
Most thermal automatic control systems for domestic 600 MW supercritical power units don't work well. According to device characteristics of domestic 600 MW supercritical power unit, the structure, characteristics, and difficulties were analyzed. Based on the analysis, three most difficult problems, coordinated control, burning automatic control with direct firing dual-inlet and dual-outlet ball mill system, and feed water automatic control, were optimized designed by adopting reasonable feedforward, proper simplification, and better control obiects, The optimized control strategies were successful in practice and offered reference to similar units.
