摘要
法治理念教育对检察机关而言,是通过改变和更新执法观念,指导和规范执法行为,最大限度实现执法为民、公平正义的价值目标,充分发挥检察机关在推动建设社会主义法治国家中的主体作用。法治理念教育的基本内容包括依法独立行使检察权;打击犯罪与保障人权并重;程序公正,兼顾效率;无罪推定以及宽严相济等。
The idea of rule by law is changing and renewing the idea and behavior of legal execution by the prosecutors for the maximal justice and social democracy. The main contents include independency ,justice of the prosecutors in the legal process, punishing crimes and protection of human rights, presumption of innocence.
