摘要
经济活动应由市场机制自行调节,而不应由政府强制指挥,政府的干预应仅限于确立和保障经济规则;而在这些经济规则的范围内,每个人都应该享有完全按照自己的意志进行经济活动的自由,都享有完全按照自己的意志进行生产、分配、交换和消费等经济活动的自由。
The economic activity should be voluntarily adjusted by the market mechanism, but should not be forced the direction by the government. The government＇s intervention should be supposed only to be restricted in the, establishment and the safeguard eco nomical rule. In these economical rules scopes, each people all should enjoy freedom completely defers to own will to carry on the eco nomic activity,all enjoys freedom completely defers to own will to carry on economic activity, such as the production, assignment, ex change and expense.
