摘要
从研究方法来看,院校研究中存在的主要问题,包括研究对象自然属性和社会属性的混淆、数据现象和内在意义的分离、研究者表述与被研究者理解的错位、被研究者"回答效应"与真实思想的等同等。针对这些问题,院校研究方法创新的基本途径是,促进研究者角色、研究价值取向和研究方式的转变,实现"客位研究"与"主位研究"相结合,"现象说明"与"意义理解"相结合,"外显认知"与"内隐体验"相结合。
As far as research methods are concerned, the main problems in IR(institutional research) include the confusion of natural and social properties, the separation of data phenomena and inner meaning, the inconsistence of researchers' expression and researched persons' comprehension, the equation of response effect and real thought. With these problems to solve, the basic approaches for IR innovation are: encourage the transformation of researchers' roles, research value location and research means, realize the combination of "object research" and "subject research", the combination of "phenomenon description" and "meaning comprehension", the combination of "explicit cognition" and "implicit experience".
