Metabolic characteristics of serum oxygen free radicals in human body after acute exercise

摘要 目的:在正常情况下,体内氧自由基的产生和清除是平衡的,一旦产生过多或抗氧化系统出现故障,其代谢就会出现失衡,这将会导致细胞损伤。观察急性运动对人体血清氧自由基代谢水平的影响,以为运动训练提供实验依据。方法:于2006-10-15选取西安体育体育学院2004级体育系本科男生10名,身体健康,且均对实验目的知情同意。令受试者在Monark功率自行车上做踏车运动,运动负荷为75%最大耗氧量,转速为60r/min,持续时间为1h。分别于运动前安静时、运动结束后即刻严格按照购自南京建成生物工程研究所的试剂盒说明测定血清丙二醛水平及超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力。结果:学生10名均进入结果分析。①血清中丙二醛水平、超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力:运动后即刻分别为(5.06±1.32)μmol/L,(104.18±10.35)kNU/L,(243.67±66.38)酶活力单位,高于运动前安静时[(3.92±1.11)μmol/L,(80.88±10.83)kNU/L,(210.53±57.43)酶活力单位,P<0.01]。②血清中超氧化物歧化酶与丙二醛比值:受试运动前安静时及运动后即刻分别为21.83±5.58,21.75±5.72,差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论:急性较大强度运动后机体中产生了大量氧自由基,同时体内抗氧化酶的活性也明显增加,自由基生成与清除的动态平衡并未遭到破坏。 AIM : The oxygen free radicals in body'is balant in the generation and elimination under common condition, while the over generation or malfunction in antioxidation system may cause metabolic disequilibrium, and finally lead to cell damage. In this paper, the influence of acute exercise on the metabolic characteristic of serum oxygen free radicals was discussed to provide reference for the sports training. METHODS: Ten healthy male students of Grade 2004 in the Department of Physical Education, Xi'an Institute of Physical Education were selected on October 15^th 2006 after the informed consent was obtained. All subjects did exercise on a cycle ergometer of 60 r/minute for 1 hour at 75% VO2rnax. The serum malondialdehyde (MDA) content, and activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathion peroxidase (GSH-Px) were measured before and immediately after exercise according to the kit instruction of Nanjing Jiancheng Bioengineering Institute. RESULTS: All 10 students were involved in the result analysis. (1)After acute exercise, the content of MDA and activity of SOD and GSH-Px were (5.06±1.32) μmol/L, (104.18±10.35) kNU/L, (243.67±66.38) unit of activity respectively, higher than those be]ore exercise [(3.92±1.11) μmol/L, (80.88±10.83) kNU/L, (210.53±57.43) unit of activity, P 〈 0.01]. (2)The ratios of SOD and MDA before and after exercise were 21.83±5.58, 21.75±5.72, which were not significantly different (P 〉 0.05). CONCLUSION: After acute and high-intensity exercise, the content of oxygen free radicals in body increases, so is the activity of antioxidative enzyme. Moreover, the dynamic balance between the production and elimination of oxygen free radicals is not destroyed.
