摘要
氧自由基对神经组织的损伤是很多神经系统疾病都具备的病理基础,因此抗氧自由基治疗是神经系统疾病治疗的一个重要课题。维生素E是一种国际上公认的有效抗氧自由基的药物,并在近年的研究中发现对很多神经系统疾病,诸如颅脑损伤、癫痫和阿尔茨海默病等,有治疗作用。
Nervous tissue injury resulting from oxygen free radical is the pathologic basis of many diseases of nervous system. So antioxidant therapy has become an important topic in the treatment of nervous system disease. Vitamine E is an effective antioxidant received internationally,which also is found to have curative effect on many nervous system diseases such as head injury, epilepsy, Alzheimer disease, and so on by recently researches.
