摘要
对2种高聚物长时标力学行为和寿命预测的力学评估法进行了总结。提高应力加大形变量的加速破坏法,是在给定温度和很宽的应力水平下,分别测定蠕变断裂强度和断裂时间的方法。小形变蠕变或应力松弛统一组合直线作图法,是将经过相同老化温度、不同老化时间的试样,在相同温度和不同应力或应变水平下,在线性粘弹性范围内进行蠕变或应力松弛曲线测定的方法。以3种类型高聚物为实例,讨论了2种方法的优缺点和适用性。
Three methods for predicting the long term mechanical behaviors and life for polymeric materials are presented.They are the accelerated aging method by raising temperature ,the accelerated failure method by raising stress and strain and the linear extrapolation method from the master lines of universal equation for creep and stress relaxation .Three kinds of polymeric materials(crystalline,amorphous and rubbery polymers)were used to predict the long term mechanical behaviors and life with these methods.
