摘要
县域经济研究的对象是指在一定经济管理体制下,根据市场经济条件的要求,科学合理地分析和解决县域内各种资源的合理配置和利用问题。全面实现县域范围内生态、文化、社会等方面综合效益最优化,实现经济发展综合效益最优化的目标。县域经济的发展要做到在发展经济的前提下提高农业的经济收入,解决农民贫困问题。要从根本上改善农民生活条件。加快我省县域经济发展是增加农民收入、解决贫困问题的重要手段。
The research of county economy focuses on optimizing and utilizing the resources within the
sphere of county. In order to improve the poverty of some counties in Heilongjiang, we have to optimize such resourses as ecology, culture and society, and raise the income in agriculture so as to solve the problem of poverty.
