摘要
设计了一种新型的电容式角度传感器,并利用电容式信号转换集成电路CAV424和电压-电流转换接口电路AM402,将电容传感器信号转化为4～20 mA标准的工业电流输出。该系统能够有效地降低干扰和测量误差,在0～90°的范围内实现对角度的精确测量,得到线性度良好的直流电流量输出。
A new-style capacitive sensor for measuring angle was designed. Through capacitance convertor-integrated circuit CAV424 and voltage-current convertor-AM402, the signal of capacitive sensor was converted into standard industrial current output which from 4 to 20 milliampere. The system has anti-interference ability, and it can decrease error in measurement. It realized angle non-contact measure- ment accurately from 0 to 90 degree,and high linearity direct current was obtained.
