摘要
分析了电容式传感器的工作原理,并在此基础上设计了一种基于专用集成芯片CAV424的粮食水分检测电路。测量时,CAV424将传感器电容变化量转换成电压信号,经AD620放大后送MSP430单片机进行处理并将结果通过串口送上位机。上位机软件采用Lab-VIEW编程,可实现检测结果的图形化显示、数据库存储和报表打印等。整个系统具有电路简单、检测精度高、稳定可靠等优点。
Based on the principle of capacitive sensors,designed a grain moisture detection circuit based on special integrated chip CAV424. The capacitance changes of sensors were converted into voltage signal by CAV424. After amplified by AD620,the voltage signal was processed by MSP430 MCU and the results were sanded to PC by the serial communication interface. PC software was developed by LabVIEW,realized the results graphical display,database storage and report printing. The whole system had circuit simple,high precision and reliable features.
