摘要
冲突理论认为冲突是社会的基本状态,具有社会整合的作用,并导致社会秩序的出现。冲突导致的社会紧张可以通过安全阀机制得以释放,从而使社会维持动态的平衡。高校教学管理中存在各种各样的冲突,大致可以分为现实性和非现实性两类,这些冲突具有建设性的作用。冲突理论不仅为高校教学管理提供了新视角,而且具有重要的方法论意义。
The conflict theory holds that conflicts are the basic state in society, which has the function in social integration and induce the social order. Mechanism of the Relief Valve can release the tensions and keep a dynamic balance in society. There are various kinds of conflicts in the teaching management of universities and colleges, which can be classified into two categories, namely, the realistic conflicts and the non - realistic conflicts. These conflicts are constructive. The conflict theory provides not only a new perspective in the teaching management of universities and colleges, but also methodology guidance.
