摘要
在不同温度、不同pH值、不同培养基组成以及通风条件下,研究了美国Dgiamond V Mills公司Yeast Culture饲料添加剂菌体的生长动力学,求出了各种条件下菌体生长的动力学参数,找出了菌体生长的最适温度为29℃,最适pH为5.3,为大规模生产该种饲料添加剂进行优化控制奠定了基础。
Under the conditions of different temperature, pH, the compositions of culture medium and aeration, the growth kinetics of cells from Yeast Culture forage additive, provided by Diamond V Mills, Inc., is studied in this paper. The kinetic parameters in different conditions, the optimal temperature 29℃ and pH5.3 for growth of cells are found out. This paper lays a foundation on the optimal control of scale-up production of Yeast Culture forage additive.
