摘要
按照具有基质抑制的单底物酶反应假设,推导了美国 Diamond V mills 公司 Yeast Culture 饲料添加剂菌体生长的动力学模型。该模型能够很好地预见实验结果,为扩大培养该种饲料添加剂提供了理论依据。
According to the assumptions of single-substrate enzymatic reaction with substrate inhibition,a kinetic model(eq.11)for the growth of cells from Yeast Culture forage additive,provided by Dia- mond V Mills,Inc.,is put forward in this paper.This kinetic model can be used to predict the ex- perimental results quite well,and provides a theoretical foundation for the scale-up of the produc- tion of this kind of forage additive.
