摘要
羽化前1、2、3d的橘小实蝇雄蛹分别经过901、001、05Gy的60Co辐射,检测其羽化率、飞行能力和耐压存活率;羽化后再分别与普通雌虫杂交,在羽化后的第10天、第17天分别取卵200粒,计算卵孵化率。研究结果表明,对橘小实蝇雄蛹辐射的最佳时期为羽化前2d;最佳辐射照量为100Gy。
Male pupae of Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendel)were irradiated by 60^ Co γ-rays at the dose of 90,100 and 105Gy, and - 1d, -2d and -3d age,respectively. The emergence rate, fly ability and survival percentage under stress were tested. The irradiated male adults mated with unirradiated female after emergence, and 200 eggs at 10d and 17d were collected respectively for measuring the hatch rate. The result showed that age of - 2d was the optimal pupal age for irradiation teratment and the optimal dose was 100Gy.
