摘要
应用多种聚集度指标I、wao回归分析法、Taylor幂法则研究了桔小实蝇卵和幼虫在番石榴园的空间分布格局,结果表明,该虫的卵和幼虫在所有密度下均呈聚集分布,分布基本成分为个体群。提出了桔小实蝇卵和幼虫理论抽样公式,给出了桔小实蝇卵和幼虫在不同密度、不同误差要求下的最适抽样数。
Iwao's distribution function, Taylor's power law and indices of aggregation were used to analyze the spatial distribution patterns of eggs and larva of the oriental fruit fly, Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendel) in guava(Psidium guajava). The results indicated that the pattern of eggs and larva of B. dorsalis in guava were aggregating and the basic component of distribution was colony. There were no correlation between the aggregating intensity and the population density. Based on the data of the spatial distribution, the model of the most suitable sampling quantity was established and the most suitable sampling quantity in different density of eggs and larva of oriental fruit fly and error level was presented.
