摘要
桑椹中有多种有效活性物质,如多糖、氨基酸、维生素、矿物质元素、白藜芦醇、黄酮类等,在生物体内起着重要的作用,尤其是在医药领域和保健食品领域的应用更为明显,对肿瘤、病毒、心血管等方面有独特的生物活性,且细胞毒性很低。本实验提取并测定了桑椹中的多糖、氨基酸和矿物质元素等。实验测得桑椹中含有10.99%的多糖、14种氨基酸和钙、铁、钾、镁、锌以及VB1、VB2、VB3、VC等。
Many kinds of active substances in mulberry syncavp, such as polysaccharide, minor element, amino acid, vitamin, mineral element, flavones, play an important role in the organism, especially their application in the field of medicine and health food,they have unique biological activities to such respects as the tumor, virus, cardiovascular vessel,etc. , and have very low cellular toxicity. Polysaccharide, amino acid,vitamin, mineral element were extracted and analysed in this study, containing 10.99 % polysaccharide,14 kinds of amino acid, Ca, Fe, Zn, K, Mg and VB1, VB2 , VB3 , VC in the mulberry syncarp.
