摘要
内观仪器埋设观测是抽水蓄能电站水工建筑物安全监测工作的重要内容。鉴于目前有关规范的局限性以及以往工程实际情况,此项工作并不尽如人意,尤其是仪器耐高水压存在问题。文中从理论剖析和工程实践的角度总结了蓄能电站内观仪器埋设的一些技术及管理经验,对承受高水压的仪器及电缆接头采用5 MPa^7 MPa的耐水压试验进行现场筛选,确保了仪器观测的精度和可靠性。因此,建立一套科学、合理的施工措施及行之有效的管理制度,才能确保内观仪器埋设的高质量。
Embedment and observation of interior instruments are important for safety monitoring of pumpect storage power stations. In consideration of the limitation of related criteria and practice of previous projects, especially the limited endurance of instruments to high hydraulic pressure, some technical and managing experience in embedment of interior instruments of pumped storage power stations is analyzed theoretically and practically. The hydraulic pressure-resistance test for 5 MPa-7 MPa is done for the selection of instruments and cable tie-ins so that the precision and reliability can be ensured. A set of scientific and rational construction measures and effective management system are required for high quality embedment of interior instruments.
