摘要
运用反相高效离子对色谱法测定了间苯二磺酸钠。采用C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6 mmi.d.,5μm),流动相为V(乙腈)∶V(50 mmol/L NaH2PO4)=7∶93(含0.05%四丁基氢氧化铵),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长210 nm,柱温:30℃。间苯二磺酸钠在0.32×10-3~81.92×10-3mg/mL范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,加样回收率为98.8%~101.1%,RSD=0.73%(n=7)。本法为工业生产间苯二磺酸钠提供了分析方法。
A reversed-phase ion-pair chromatographic method was developed for the determination of sodium 1,3- benzenedisulfate. The optimal determination was performed with a C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 tan) at the temperature of 30 ℃, aeetonitrile - 50 mmol/L sodium dehydrogen phosphate containing 0.05% tetrabutylammonium hydroxide (7:93) as the mobile phase, flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, and UV detection at 210 nm. The calibrated linear plot of concentration was within 0.32 mg/mL- 81.92 mg/mL, r =0.9999. The recoveies were 98.8% - 101.1% with RSD of 0.73 % ( n = 7). The method is easy, accurate and raliable for the determination of sodium 1,3-benzenedisulfate.
