摘要 目的:通过动物空气栓塞实验,探究栓子的运行途径、时间、空气栓塞的部位、后果及死亡机制,为临床提供经验借鉴。方法:从兔子的耳缘静脉注入空气,记录兔子死亡所需的时间,然后打开兔子的胸腔和脑,观察空气栓塞的部位;取心和肺脏做常规病理切片,观察脏器小动脉内是否有纤维素性血栓形成。结果:栓塞的部位除通常认为的右心和肺动脉以外,冠状动脉和脑动脉栓塞非常常见。结论:大量空气进入血液循环栓塞在右心和肺后,在挣扎或机械性挤压时,气体由肺动脉透过毛细血管壁到达左心和脑动脉引起栓塞促进死亡。 Objective:From animal's experiment of gas embolism to research circulation way, time, place of gas embolism result and necrosis mechanism in order to offer clinical experience. Methods :Injecting gas into ear vein of rabbit and recording the death time of rabbit ,openning the breast and train of rabbit ,observe place of gas embolism, using organ of heart and brain make pathological tissue section,observe wether to form fibrin thrombi in the microcirculation. Results :Place of gas embolism was not only in right heart and lung but also in left heart and brain. Conclusions:A lot of gas enter the blood circulation and it embolism in right heart and lung usually,while was pressed it can enter the blood circulation and it embolism in right heart and lung usually while was pressed it can enter at most left heart and brain from capillary of lung at last to form embolism and cause death.
