摘要
围手术期意外栓塞是各外科手术围术期极为严重的一类并发症,栓塞的部位涉及动脉系统、静脉系统和微血管,可导致心肌梗死、脑梗死、肺动脉栓塞和外周动脉栓塞等意外,轻者影响术后恢复,以至留有后遗症,重则导致患者死亡。由于社会生活的变化以及手术种类范围的扩大,近些年来使这类并发症发生的因素有所增多,其危害性也逐渐为人们所重视。
Accidental embolism is a severe complication of perioperative period. The sites of embolism involve in arteries, veins and microvessels, which can cause many accidents for example myocardi- al infarction, cerebral infarction, pulmonary artery embolism and peripheral artery embolism. Some of these accidents affect postoperative recovery, and even cause the death. The factors of these accidental complications are increasing to some extent because of the change of social life and the enlargement of operative limit. The harmfulness of accidental embolism is being paid close attention gradually.
