摘要
建立简便、快速、准确测定卵磷脂保健食品中磷脂酰胆碱含量的方法。采用丙酮、乙醇将卵磷脂分离出来,以卵磷脂正己烷溶液与0.5%碘-正己烷溶液反应,用紫外分光光度计在292nm处测定反应液的吸光度,磷脂酰胆碱的含量与吸光度成正比,磷脂酰胆碱在0.0100~0.0500mg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.99994。本法可作为卵磷脂保健食品中磷脂酰胆碱的质量控制监测。
A simple method was developed for rapid, accurate determination of phosphatidyl choline in lecithin health foods. Lecithin was separated from the sample by acetone and ethanol, and dissolved in hexane. The lecithin hexane solution reacted with 0.5% iodine hexane selution; the absorbents of the resulted solution were measured using ultraviolet spectrophotometer at 292nm. It was showed that the concentration of phosphatidyl choline was direct proportional to the absorbents. The linear range was 0.01 -0.05mg/mL. The correlation coefficient was 0.99994. This method can be used in the quality control and monitoring of phosphatidyl choline in lecithin health foods,
