摘要
研究了火焰原子吸收光谱法测定盐酸金霉素中Zn、Fe、Mg的方法。方法的检出限Zn:0.006、Fe:0.03、Mg:0.003mg/L,回收率98%—104%,RSD小于1.45%。结果表明,该方法准确、快速、结果令人满意。
The Zn,Fe and Mg in chlortetracycline hydrochloride were determined simultaneously by Flame atomic absorption spectrometry（FAAS）. The detection limits are 0. 006,0. 03 and 0. 003 for Zn,Fe and Mg,with the recoveries for three elements between 98% and 104% and the relative standard deviations under 1.45%. The method is accurate,rapid and convenient.
