不同静电场对水稻种子萌发吸水和幼苗根系活力的影响 被引量:15

摘要 高压静电场处理水稻种子能促进萌发吸水和提高幼苗的根系活力,静电场处理水稻幼苗同样也能提高根系活力。当植株上端为正电极处理时,静电场对根系活力的作用随电场强度增大而增大;当上端为负电极处理时,其作用效果相反。通过最优回归设计试验结果分析,对根系活力作用的最佳处理为:电场强度1.5KV/cm,时间1.2h。 The water absorption of germinating rice ( Orza saliva L.) seed and the root vitality of the seedlingswereincreasedthroughthe seed treatments with highvoltage electrostatic field. The root vitality was also increasedby seedlings treatment.The promotion effects of electrostatic field on the root vitality went up with the increase of the electric field strength in putting the postive electrode on the top of the seedlings,and the results turned on the contrary to the increase of electric field strength with cathode on its top treatment.The analysis results of the exeperments of the optimum regressive design showed that the best treatment to the root vitality was that the electric field strength was 1 5 KV/cm,the treatment time was 1 2 hrs and the treatment period was 7 days old seedlings
