摘要
利用高压静电场对苜蓿种子进行相同时间下,不同强度的电场(+1.5,+2.5,+4kV/cm)和不同场距(7,15cm)的高压静电场处理,研究其种子活性及其幼苗在聚乙二醇(PEG)模拟干旱下的生理生化指标的变化.结果表明,高压静电场可以提高苜蓿种子发芽率和各项生理生化指标,场距为7cm,电场强度为+2.5kV/cm是最佳处理强度.
This experiment is aimed at the selection of alfalfa seeds by high voltage electrostatic field ( HVEF ) . Alfalfa seeds were treated in high electrostatic voltage field under the condition of the same runtime ( 20 min )and different electrostatic intensity (+4, +2.5, +1.5 kV/cm) and electronic distance (7, 15 cm). The seeds' vigor index and the changes of seedlings' drought-resistant physiological biochemistry indexes under PEG simulation drought were also studied in this research. "The experimental results revealed that alfalfa seeds' germination percentage and each physiological biochemistry indexes may be enhanced in proper HVEF d =7 cm, E =+2.5 kV/cm was the best treating intensity.
