温度对麦长管蚜实验种群生命表的影响 被引量:3

Effect of temperature on the life table of experimental population of Sitobion avenae

摘要 为了明确温度对麦长管蚜[Sitobion avenae(Fabricius)]种群动态的影响,本研究采用年龄—龄期和两性生命表的方法研究了麦长管蚜实验种群生命表。结果表明,麦长管蚜若虫发育历期随着温度升高而缩短;繁殖力和年龄—龄期存活率在25℃均为最高;麦长管蚜的生命期望随龄期增加而下降,各阶段的繁殖率贡献值随着龄期增加而增大,生命期望和繁殖贡献值在25℃最大。麦长管蚜内禀增长率(r)、净增殖率(R_0)和周限增长率(λ)在25℃最高,分别为0.25、14.22和1.28。平均世代周期(T)和总产卵前期在25℃时分别为10.62 d和7.79 d,均短于20℃时的11.97 d和9.06 d;30℃时若虫全部死亡,无法完成生活史。因此,25℃最适合麦长管蚜的生长发育和繁殖。 To clarify effect of temperatures on the population dynamics of Sitobion avenae(Fabricius), population dynamics of S. avenae at different temperatures were assessed with age-stage and two-sex life table analysis. The results showed that the developmental duration decreased with increasing temperature, fecundity and age-stage survival rate were highest at 25℃. The life expectancy decreased and age-stage reproductive value increased with instars development. Expectancy and reproductive value were maximum at 25 ℃, as the intrinsic growth rate(r), net reproductive rate(R_0) and finite rate of increase(λ) were 0.25, 14.22 and 1.28 respectively. Average generation period(T) and pre-reproduction period were 10.26 and 7.79 days at 25 ℃, respectively, which were shorter than that at 20 ℃(11.97 and 9.06 days, respectively). All nymphs died and could not complete their life cycle at 30 ℃. It indicated that 25 ℃ was more suitable for development and reproduction of S. avenae.
