摘要
在分析方证相关的历史沿革、研究进展的基础上,认为方证相关科学问题是中医学基础研究的重要内容,探索复方中有效组分配伍与证候病理环节之间的内在联系与规律,将有助于发展方证相关的理论。结合基因组学、蛋白质组学、代谢组学等技术与方法,提出开展"基于中医证候宏观表象结合微观病理变化的多靶效应环节,中药复方组分配伍作用机理的方证对应研究模式"研究,以开拓对传统中医方证相关理论科学内涵的认识。
Objective On the basis of analyzing historical of the theory of correlation between prescription and successive changes and research development syndrom correlation between prescription and syndrome is the important Chinese medicine and exploring the internal relation and e, this article proposes that the theory of content of study on foundational theories of regularity between active ingredient combination in compound formula and pathological process of the syndrome will promote the development of the theo~：y of correlation between prescription and syndrome. On combination of the techniques and methods of genomics, proteomics and metabonomics, it is raise that correspondence between prescription and syndrome about combination in compound formula, which is based on the appearance of the syndrome and microcosmic pathological we should apply the research mode of action mechanism of active ingredient muhitarget effect combined macroscopic changes , to further recognize the scientific connotation of the traditional Chinese medicine theory of correlation between prescription and syndrome.
