摘要
目的探讨儿童视神经炎的临床特点及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析本科1999年2月至2006年2月期间收治的儿童视神经炎45例80眼的临床特点及治疗方法。结果儿童视神经炎以病毒感染为多,视觉诱发电位均显示不同程度的P100波潜时延长及振幅降低,瞳孔发生变化,及时治疗后视力可有明显提高。结论详细询问视力变化情况,瞳孔、眼底、视觉诱发电位检查是诊断儿童视神经炎的有效方法,及时治疗是关键。
Objective To discuss the clinical characteristic and therapy measures of children optic neuritis. Methods The clinical characteristic and therapy measures of children optic neuritis（ 45 cases 80 eyes） collected from our department from February, 1999 to February ,2006 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The most significance of etiological factor was virus infection, the visual evoked potential showed the P100 latency prolonged and amplitude lowered at different degree, the pupil had changes, and the timely therapy could improve the visual acuity after therapy. Conclusion Querying the changes of visual acuity and examining the pupil, eye ground,visual evoked potential are the effective measure to diagnosis the chiladren optic neuritis, the therapy in time is the key factor.
