摘要
介绍了一种基于自由轴法实现的虚拟LCR测试仪。它利用FPGA实现直接数字频率合成,产生正弦信号作为激励源;相敏检波器采用数字全波鉴相,改善了鉴相效果;应用程序使用LabVIEW开发,通过串口实现对硬件的控制。该LCR测试仪可实现100H^10KHz任意频率点处对被测元器件的阻抗测量。
This paper introduced a virtual LCR meter based on free-axis method. It used FPGA to realize DDS (Direct Digital Frequency Synthesis) and generated sine-wave as a driving source. The digital full-wave phase-detector was adopted to improve phase-detect effect. The application programan was developed by using LabVIEW to control hardware through RS-232. This LCR meter can test impedance on arbitrary frequency from 100Hz to 10KHz.
