摘要
该数字式LCR测量仪以CortexTM-M3内核的LM3S615控制器为核心,采用自由轴法测量原理,实现了对电阻、电容、电感、Q值和D值的宽范围测量。仪器的信号源与基准相位发生器使用同一频率产生,增加了信号的稳定性,提高了鉴相的精确度;采用双积分A/D转换器,加强了测量的准确性。仪器基本精度达到了0.5%,还具有量程自动转换、自校准、串联等效和并联等效模式等功能。
The digital LCR measuring instrument used LM3S615 which based on the CortexTM -M3 kernel as the controller and the digital free axis method to realize the precise measurement of the Resistance, Capacitance, Inductance, Quality factor and Dissipation factor. The signal source and benchmarks phase generators used the same frequency increasing the stability of the sig- nals and improving the precision of the phase discrimination and the use of double integral A/D converter enhanced the accuracy of the measurement. The instrument's basic measurement precision reaches 0. 5 %, besides the apparatus also have the functions of automatic range switching, self-calibration, series and parallel equivalent model.
