雌激素对不同氧环境下牛视网膜毛细血管内皮细胞血管内皮生长因子的影响

摘要
早产儿视网膜血管发育尚不成熟,在吸入过多氧或其他因素造成机体相对缺氧后,易致视网膜血管异常增生,发生早产儿视网膜病变(ROP)。在胎儿期,雌激素水平较高,视网膜血管发育过程正常有序,对于早产儿补充适量雌激素,是否可以抑制视网膜血管异常增生,从而预防ROP?我们以培养的牛视网膜毛细血管内皮细胞(BREC)为模型,
