西藏历史上第一部成文法在松赞干布时期颁布,该法包括六大部分,分别是"以万当十万之法"、"十万金顶具鹿法"、"王朝准则法"、"扼要决断法"、"权威判决法"和"内库家法"。文章结合相关藏族历史资料对该法的内容、特性等方面进行了探讨。
The first statute law in Tibet was enacted in the reign of King Songtsan Ganbu. This law includes six codes. Based on the related Tibet historical materials, the paper discusses the content, feature, and some other aspects of the law.
