摘要
当前全国许多大城市的高层住宅建设量呈迅速增长势态,但这种增长背后所存在的问题及其解决策略还有待深入研究。本文以上海威廉公寓为例,对设计中的尝试与创新进行解读,力图为新时期的高层住宅创作提供借鉴。
The number of high-rise residential buildings is rising rapidly in many big cities of China, but the increase also brought up some problems and the strategy to solve them is to be further studied. This paper, with the example of Shanghai William Apartments. tried to interpret the innovation of the design, which is aimed to provide some reference for the creation of high-rise buildings in the new era.
