摘要
根据国内外城市住宅平均层数增长的规律,论述了城市住宅高层化的必然趋势,同时,结合我国的基本国情,强调了近期在各大城市中积极发展高层住宅的必要性,并提出和讨论了当前我国高层住宅建设中亟待解决的若干问题。
According to the rising average floor of urban residence at home and aboard, the inexorable trend of urban residence high rising was illustrated. At the same time, combined with national conditions of China, the necessity of developing actively high rise building in large city in short range was strengthened, several problems need be resolved in high rise building construction were proposed and discussed.
