摘要
壳聚糖是由甲壳素脱已酰基得到的(1→4)-2-氨基-2-脱氧-β-D-葡聚糖,是自然界迄今所发现的惟一天然碱性多糖,经交联、接枝、酰化、磺化、羧甲基化、烷基化、硝化、卤化、氧化、还原、络合等多种反应,其制备的功能材料在各方面得到了广泛的应用。本文对壳聚糖及其改性后所制得的化学活性、生物活性及环境友好的功能材料如吸附剂、膜、纤维、液晶和催化剂等的研究和应用进行了综述。
Chitosan is the only natural alkalinity polysaccharide discovered so far, and made fi'om chitin by taking off acetazolamide, named (1→4)-2-amido-2-to oxigenet-β-D-polysaccharid. With many reactions such as crossing, grafting, acylation, sulphidation, carbomethylation, alkylation, nitrification, halogenation, oxidation, deoxidization and chelation, the new functional materials are widely used. This paper reviews the research and development of chitosan and its modified functional materials that had the properties of chemical activity, biological activity and environment-friendliness, such as absorbent, membrane, cellulose, liquid crystal, catalyst and so on.
