摘要
采用有机络合萃取的方法,对木醋液中的醋酸进行了萃取研究,考察了不同体积比组成的萃取剂对醋酸萃取平衡的影响,以及醋酸初始浓度C0与相平衡分配系数KD的关系.实验结果表明:V(三辛胺)∶V(正辛醇)=3∶7的萃取剂对较低C0(小于0.2mol/L)的醋酸萃取效果较好,并且对C0=0.1 mol/L的醋酸可得到最大的相平衡分配系数(KD=13.5);V(三辛胺)∶V(正辛醇)∶V(煤油)=3∶5∶2的萃取剂对较高C0(大于0.2mol/L)的醋酸萃取效果较好.同时,用红外光谱分析法表征了络合萃取剂负载醋酸的结构特征和历程.
Extraction by chemical complexation of acetic acid from pyroligneous acid was studied. The effects of extraction solvents of different volume ratios, initial concentration Co and distribution coefficient KD on extraction of acetic acid were investigated. The results show that the solvent of trioctylamine (TOA) : n- octanol = 3:7 is found better extraction effect to the acetic acid (C0 〈 0.2mol/L), and can get the biggest KD (13.5) to the acetic acid (C0 = 0. 1mol/L) ; the solvent of TOA: n - octanol: kerosene = 3 : 5 : 2 is found better extraction effect to the acetic acid (Co 〉 0.2mol/L). And the structures and processes of acetic acid supported by extraction solvents were characterized by infrared spectroscopy.
