离体脊柱安装活动式人工椎体后的力学性能研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:测试新型人工椎体对脊柱力学性能的影响。方法:在12例新鲜脊柱材料上进行压缩和前屈试验,颈段以“Ω”型人工椎间关节为对照组;胸、腰段以“L”型人工椎体为对照组,以未经手术的脊柱为正常组。结果:新型人工椎体对脊柱的压缩和前屈性能影响不大,安装“Ω”型人工椎间关节后颈段脊柱的刚度减弱;安装“L”型人工椎体后胸、腰段脊柱的刚度增加。结论:新型人工椎体具有较好的力学性能。 Objective:Survey the influences of a new designed artificial vertebral body on the mechanical behavior of the spine.Methods:The compression and anterior flexion tests were taken on 12 fresh human spine specimens,in which one middle vertebral body and two neighbor intervertebral discs was replaced with a Ω-shaped elastic artificial vertebral body in the cervical region or a L-shaped one in the thorathic and humbar region,and taken the normal spinal specimens as normal control.Results:The new designed artificial vertebral body has fewer influence on the compression and anterior flexion behavior of spine,however the rigiditg behavior decreased in cervical spine after set up'Ω'type vertebral body;and increased in thorathic and lumbar spines when set up 'L'type artificial vertebral body.Conclusions:The new type artificial vertebral body has satisfactory mechanic behavior.
