摘要
新疆农业生态环境脆弱,农业与农村是自然灾害最主要的受灾行业和地区。本文着重分析了新疆农业灾害的特点和减灾工作的现状,针对减灾工作的新形势,提出新疆农业防灾减灾的5条主要对策。
Xinjiang ecological environment in agriculture is fragile, so the industry and the area for the important victims of disaster are agriculture and countryside. This article emphasized to analyze the characters of Xinjiang agriculture disasters and the actualities of alleviating disasters, and brings forward five main countermeasures to the new state for reducing disasters.
