摘要 白光LED是新一代半导体照明光源,高效光转换材料的合成制备是其关键技术之一。简要介绍了白光LED的基本原理,分析了光转换材料的光转换性及其影响因素,综述了白光LED用光转换材料体系和性能特点,最后探讨了光转换材料的发展趋势。 White light emitting diode is a new semiconductor lighting source, and one of the key technologies is the fabrication of high effective phosphor. In this paper, the principle of white light emitting diode is briefly introduced. The light conversion properties and the influence factors of the phosphors are also analyzed. Then, the phosphor systems and the corresponding characters are summarized. At last, the development of the phosphors is indicated.
