摘要
"师范精神",是指固化于人们灵魂深处的一种探索真理、追求正义的观念意识和理念形态。"师范精神"的陨落,源于功利主义思潮的盛行等多种原因,其结果将直接导致个体精神的迷失、群体精神的萎靡和人的自我心理矛盾的加剧。"坚守师范精神",其话语的当代价值,在于促使教师形成独善其身和兼济天下的理性品质;其具体体现,依赖于师范精神显现的基本依据,以及个体对人生意义理解的深刻程度等;其基本条件是个体追求真理、追求正义的意志;其内在本质因素,是精神世界的真正自由。
The ＂normal spirit＂ refers to the sense and the ideological form of pursuing the truth and justice deeply rooted in the human soul. The loss of the ＂normal spirit＂ results from many aspects such as the popularity of utilitarian thoughts, which is responsible for the loss of the individual spirit, the decay of the team spirit and the intensification of the self psychological contradiction. The contemporary value of ＂adhering to the normal spirit＂ lies in making teachers to form the rational quality of behaving morally and contributing to the world. Its realization depends on the emergence of the normal spirit, and the extent to which the individuals understanding of the significance of life. The essential condition for it is the will of the individuals to pursue the truth and the justice and its intrinsic factor is the true freedom of the spiritual world.
