西部地区城镇失业者求职途径的比较

摘要 随着城镇失业人员统计数字不断增加,下岗和再就业问题以及新劳动力的就业危机被高度关注。文中着重关注下岗后有成功再就业经历的下岗者,根据下岗再就业调查资料,运用统计模型检验人力资本、社会资本、客观家庭负担和主观期望等因素对求职途径的选择影响。将就业途径化分为"正规"和"非正规"两个大类,针对下岗职工两次再就业过程分别建立Logistic回归模型。通过2个模型结果的对比研究,指出失业者学历高、求职时拜年网中亲密关系比例越高、帮助者职业地位越高、补贴低,求职时越倾向于非正规途径求职。 With the increasing urban unemployed population, the employment crisis of laid-off worker and youth has been highly noticed. This paper focuses on the persons who have a successful re-employed experience after laid-off, and according to the re-employment of laid-off survey data, explores whether and how the factors of human capital, social capital, the subjective burden of family and the objective expectations affect the channel choice of job seeking. Additionally, this paper divides the employment channels into formal and informal, constructs Logistic regression models for the two re-employed processes of laid-off workers respectively. The results of two models points out that unemployed man with more education, the higher proportion of close relationship in "bainian" network and the higher status of helpers occupations, fewer subsidies inclines use informal channels in job seeking.
