摘要
Y掺杂的BaZrO_3高温质子导体具有良好的化学稳定性,但较低的电导率影响了其在燃料电池领域的应用。本研究以NaOH为复相添加剂,ZnO为烧结助剂,中温烧结制备了BaZrO_3/NaOH复相质子导体,采用直流四电极法测试了其在湿氢气中的电导率,扫描电镜观察了材料的显微结构,详细研究了ZnO和NaOH对材料微观结构和导电性能的影响。结果表明添加3 mol%ZnO可以在1350℃成功制备出BaZrO_3/NaOH复相质子导体,相对于单相的Y掺杂BaZrO_3陶瓷,BaZrO_3/NaOH复相质子导体显示出更高的质子导电性能。
Y-doped BaZrO3/NaOH composites were designed and fabricated with ZnO as sintering aid. Electrical conductivities of the composites were measured in moist hydrogen by a four-probe DC method. Microstructure of samples was observed by SEM. The results revealed that ZnO effectively lowered the sintering temperature of the system. Unfortunately, it had a negative effect on the electrical conductivity. The incorporation of NaOH in the composites greatly improved their proton conductivities.
