摘要
为提高YSZ固体电解质材料的电性能,采用甘氨酸-硝酸盐液相燃烧法制备了Sc^(3+)(Dy^(3+))和Yb^(3+)复合掺杂的YSZ材料.复合掺杂剂的加入使材料保持稳定的立方结构,且增大了样品晶格常数和氧空位迁移半径R值.试样电导率得到提高,1000℃电导率达0.15S/cm.显微结构分析表明,复合添加剂促进了ZrO_2晶粒的生长,晶粒间存在明显的第二相组分,限制了电导率的进一步提高.继续添加Al^(3+)、Ca^(2+)明显改善了晶界状况,晶界处较为洁净,但试样高温电导率略有降低.
In order to increase the conductivity of YSZ, doped-YSZ electrolytes with Sc^3+ ( Dy^3+ ) and Yb^3+ were prepared by combustion synthesis from glycine-nitrate solution. The introduce of complex additives made the cubic structure of the sample stable, and the conductivity was enhanced due to the increase of the crystal lattice and the oxygen transfer passage radii, reaching 0, 15 S/cm^-1 at 1 000℃. SEM photographs showed the complex additives promoted growth of ZrO2. There were second phases along the grain boundaries, which restricted the further increase of conductivity. The addition of Al^3+ or Ca^2+ improved crystal boundary, but lowered the high-temperature conductivity.
