根据全国山洪灾害防治规划的各项工作任务,详细分析全国山洪灾害防治规划信息系统的数据需求和标准,利用先进的地理信息系统技术和网络数据库技术,建设山洪灾害防治规划数据库,将全国山洪灾害纷繁复杂的信息,包括水文、气象、地形、地质、水土流失、社会经济、灾害损失、环境影响等方面的基本资料和规划成果,进行高度概括,设计并建立山洪灾害防治规划数据库,为全国山洪灾害防治规划信息系统的详细设计提供规范和总控依据。
In the view of GIS integration features and in the combination of the progress of computation model,the key technology and the most new advancement of distributed GIS integration,and by the analysis of WebGIS structure,the GIS integration thought train in WebGIS environment is investigated.Under internet environment,based on metadata data,the GIS integration scheme supported by object relation database and distributed object component GIS is expected to be ripe in data,soft and hardware technologies and its application,possessing broad development prospects.Meanwhile,the effort in GIS standardization possesses important significance in a very long time.
