摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法建立小承气汤水、乙醇提取液的指纹图谱。方法色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇和0.4%醋酸溶液,梯度洗脱,时间为60min,流速为0.8mL/min,检测波长为245nm。结果小承气汤水提取液和75%乙醇提取液中成分能较好地分离,方法学考察表明,所用方法符合定性研究要求。结论H PLC法具有较好的分离效果,能为小承气汤的组方研究以及体内血清药物化学研究提供基础指纹图谱。
Objecive To develop the fingerprint of Xiaochengqi decoction (XCHQD) by high - performance liquid chromatography(HPLC), Methods The Kromasil C18(250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5μm) column was used with the mobile phase of methanol and 0. 4% acetic acid aqueous in gradient mode. The flow rate was 0.8 mL/min, and the detection was set at 254 nm. Results The components in XCHQD extracted by 75% alcohol and water were successfully separated. The observation of methodology was in keeping with quantitative determination and qualitative study. Conclusion This method can be used for the quality control of the preparation of XCHQD with good precision.
