摘要
文章是对"2006CCTV中国年度雇主调查泉州榜"评选活动的后续讨论。在描述了闽南文化的准确内涵的基础上,作者认为,本次评选活动的一项重要目标是通过提升泉州企业给外来民工的归属感,体现对他们的人文关怀。而有着深厚闽南文化底蕴的泉州优秀企业,应该真正消除对农民工的歧视,给他们更多的精神关怀,以及为他们创造平等竞争的机会。通过增加农民工的归属感,将使闽南文化在泉州的经济发展中起着更大的促进作用。
This paper is follow-up discussion upon activity in which Quanzhou's name is listed in 2006 CCTV Chinese employers yearly survey. On the basis of having described accurate Minnan's culture connotation, the author considers that one important target of this activity is to show humanity solicitude for peasant laborers by lifting belonging feels in Quanzhou's enterprises. Excellent enterprises of Quanzhou City have profound Minnan's culture, should remove the discrimination to peasant laborer really,show more spiritual solicitude to them,and create the equal competition chance for them. By increasing belonging feels of peasant laborers,it will make Minnan's culture be playing important role in Quanzhou's economic growth.
