摘要
通过对黔东南非物质文化遗产代表性传承人的调查,分析传承人的当代生境与传承活动存在的问题,进而对保护传承人以及传承人培育方面进行思考。根据黔东南州非物质文化遗产项目传承人严重缺位情况,加大申报力度,完善传承人队伍;从经济资助、社会保障与精神关怀三方面落实具体保护措施,实施人性化管理;设立保护性基地扶持重要项目传承人,确保非物质文化遗产得到保护与传承;加强传承人管理和服务,并有计划地选拔传承人进行深造和培训,不断提高对传承人的服务质量和文化素质。
This study focuses on an investigation on representative inheritors of intangible cultural heritage in Southeast Guizhou,aiming to analyze problems of inheritors＇ contemporary habitat and heritance activities,to ponder the protection of heritage as well as the cultivation of inheritors. According to the situation of inheritors＇ serious vacancy on certain items of intangible cultural heritage in Southeast Guizhou Prefecture,this study suggests to reinforce efforts of declaration and to improve the team of inheritors. To carry out specific protection measures and implement humanization management from three perspectives：financial assistance,social security,and spiritual caring. To make sure the protection and heritance of intangible cultural heritage,the present study also proposes the establishment of protective base to support heritors of important projects,to strengthen the management and service of inheritors,and designedly to select inheritors for further training and study to improve their service quality and cultural quality.
